Encompassing 164 acres of open rolling fallow farmland, the course routing seamlessly respects the easy swells and troughs of the landscape. The signature hole #18, which has received high praise as one of the most exciting in Western New York, is one of the many exciting hole designs that has even the U.S.G.A. saying “Scott Witter’s design and your facilities are certainly among the best to be found anywhere.” This statement was made following the hosting of the 2005 United States Senior Open qualifier here at Arrowhead.
