Tamarina Golf

Designed by Rodney Wright, Tamarina Golf 18-hole Championship Golf Course is unmatched by its layout, location and beauty. This Par 72 challenging course undulates over 43 hectares of rugged savannah land framed with mature trees and crossed by the Rempart River. The landscaping of holes and surrounds has been contracted to an international team and the holes have been specially designed to give spectacular views of Mount Rempart and the towering mountain range. Some holes have great views over the crisp blue Tamarin Bay. Golfers will love the contrast between the rough surroundings and the smoothness of the rolling greens and wide fairways that adds to the experience of Tamarina Golf Course.

The Tamarina golf Course is a challenging course with four par 3, four par 5 and ten par 4 holes. Highlight holes at Tamarina Golf include a couple of memorable par fives: On the front nine, the 5th (“Yemen”) calls for a demanding tee shot over the River Rempart and on the back nine, the risk/reward 11th (“Snake Eyes”) invites a shorter route over two bunkers in order to allow a simpler approach to the pin. The 13th (Le Barachois) is a wonderfully plunging downhill par-3, flanked on its leftside by the River Rempart. Like many of the green surrounds at Tamarina an impressive array of large bunkers, slick run-offs and clinging bermuda grass will provide a thorough test for your full short game repertoire.

Enjoy a drink after the game and relax at the Club House. The restaurant & bar Le Dix-Neuf, overlooking the 18th hole, the Rempart River and the Tamarin Bay, is open every day for breakfast, lunch and light meals.
