In 1987, the idea to give to Vierzon an 18-hole course sprouted in Denis BAERT’s mind. The first works will begin September 1988 under the leadership of Jean-Louis PEGA. A new golf in the Center region was born. 2 years later the Golf de la Picardière was inaugurated.
Located at the gateway to the Sologne, in a 60-hectares green setting, the 18-hole course at Golf de La Picardière features charming fairways with elderly oaks and small lakes. Golfers will find harmony, tranquillity and pleasure of golf on this lovely venue. Both beginners and confirmed players will enjoy their round.
The golf de la Picardière also has a clubhouse located in an old farmhouse where reigns a warm and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant “LE STARTER” offers a traditional and generous family cuisine. (Closed on Tuesday from December to the end of March).
