Cambuslang Golf Club was founded in 1892, and Cambuslang has played a part in the history of golf in Scotland over many years.

Cambuslang is still most probably unique in having not one but two ex-Scottish champions amongst their members – their late President, John S.Montgomerie, who won at Royal Aberdeen in 1957, and Craig Everett, who won at Gullane in 1990.

Cambuslang is a sparsely wooded inland nine-hole course, one of Lanarkshire’s more inviting nine hole tests. It is also one of the longer nine-hole tests in the region and well worth a visit. Non members are welcome.
